Base Compensation
CPMG is comprised of 33 specialties; each having their own pay
structure and pay levels. A new physician is generally assigned
a salary level according to years of experience outside of his residency.
On the physician's anniversary date of hire, each year, the salary
level is elevated one level until the most senior level has been
attained. Each year our compensation committee and Board of Directors,
to assure market competitiveness, review our compensation structure.
Once a physician attains the most senior pay level, the only increases
received to base salary are contingent upon structure increases.
