Continuing Education Days and Allowance
The calendar year benefit (Jan. 1 - Dec. 31) is prorated upon hire for the first year.
Five working days per calendar year
Carryover for one calendar year is permitted
Educational allowance:
$2,700 per year upon hire
$4,200 per year after becoming a shareholder (See Shareholder Eligibility section)
You may be reimbursed from the educational allowance for reasonable educational expenses such as tuition, books, exam costs, and conference fees
