Our new Rock Creek Medical Office is located in Lafayette/Boulder, Colorado. This office is connected to the new state-of-the-art Exempla Good Samaritan Medical Center via a sun-filled atrium and will offer spectacular Rocky Mountain views.

Starting from I-70, take Highway 36 west to Broomfield/Hwy 287 exit. Take Hwy 287 North to Empire Road. Rock Creek Medical Offices will be located just Southeast of Good Samaritan Medical Center.
