Dependent Care Spending Account
 

The Dependent Care Spending Account allows participants to pay for qualified dependent care services with pre-tax dollars. The program follows the specific requirements established by the Federal Government with regard to who is eligible and what expenses are eligible for reimbursement.
 

Maximum annual Dependent Care Spending Account contribution is $5,000 per family. Dependent care contributions are deducted each pay period (26 per year).
Health Care Spending Account
 

The Health Care Spending Account allows participants to pay for certain eligible medical expenses, such as out-of-pocket medical and dental expenses, with pre-tax dollars. This account follows the specific requirements established by the Federal Government with regard to who may use this benefit and what expenses are eligible for reimbursement.
 

Maximum annual Health Care Spending Account contribution is $3,000 per family.
Health care contributions are deducted each pay period (26 per year).
 

Physicians are eligible to enroll in Flexible Spending Plans from their date of hire.
