Physicians of The Southeast Permanente Medical
Group are covered by Kaiser Foundation Health Plan for
liability related to the furnishing of professional services
within the scope and course of their employment by TSPMG.
The Southeast Permanente Medical Group agrees to indemnify
and hold harmless claims, suits and judgments arising out
of their performance or non-performance of professional
services, if the physicians act in a manner reasonably
believed to be in the best interest of TSPMG and within
the scope and course of their employment. |

cost associated with professional liability claims which
arise from medical care to patients provided by you within
the course and scope of your employment with TSPMG. |
| Workers’ Compensation |

Workers’ Compensation
provides medical treatment and salary continuation if you
have a compensable, work-related injury. Specifically,
Workers’ Compensation will pay for all authorized
medical expenses
you have incurred due to an injury or illness resulting from work
or conditions. |
