Vacation
	You may accrue unused vacation up to a maximum of two years of service benefits (for example, 30 days for up to 35 months of service and 50 days for more than 120 months of service).
	Completed Years of Service	Annual Accrual
	0-35 months	15 days per year
	35-119 months	20 days per year
	120 months or more	25 days per year

	In addition to the holidays listed above, you also will receive one "personal day" each year.

Sick Leave
	Paid time for personal illness or injury or medical /dental appointment.

	Credited at hire date*	10 days per year
	0 months to 59 months	12 days per year
	60 or more months of service	24 days per year

	You may accrue unused sick time up to a maximum of 60 days.

	* Prorated based on hire date.
