The Southeast Permanente Medical Group
is an integral part of Kaiser Permanente. We have a
stability of more than 25 years and are proud of the
milestones that brought us to this point. We started
with an emphasis on prevention and primary care, and
as our program grew, we added sub-specialists in many
areas of medical and surgical practice. Today, our
medical group has over 400 practitioners who deliver
medical care to 265,000 Kaiser Foundation Health Plan
members throughout the Atlanta area. Our physicians can coordinate virtually every
aspect of patient care - from referrals to laboratory
tests to medications. With everything under one umbrella,
our patients receive the highest continuity of care. |
