	Those we serve and with whom we work means members (people who choose Kaiser Permanente as their primary health care provider), patients (people who receive health care via Kaiser Permanente), purchasers (employers, government agencies, unions, and other organizations that offer Kaiser Permanente plans), the community, and Kaiser Permanente physicians, professionals, and staff.
