Dependent Care Program
Pay for dependent care in order to work by enrolling in TPMG's Dependent Care Program
Must enroll within 31 days of hire date or during Annual Open Enrollment in November
Birth or adoption of a child does not trigger eligibility for enrollment
Program administered by FlexServ, a division of Ceridian Corporation
Allows physicians to pay for eligible dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars
Two reimbursement options:
pay the provider and then send in the claim form for reimbursement, or
send a claim form and FlexServ pays your dependent care provider directly
FlexServ processes claim forms for reimbursement once a week. Payment or reimbursement is available by check or by direct deposit, free of charge
Maximum annual dependent care contribution is $5,000 per family. Dependent care contributions are deducted each pay period (24 per year)
IRS limits may restrict the maximum contribution for highly compensated physicians
Re-enrollment from year to year is not automatic.
You must make a positive annual election
