| Home Loan Program
The Permanente Medical Group Home Loan Program is designed to assist
new physicians with the purchase of a home in the Northern California
service area. The program provides a low interest, secured loan
of up to 10% of the purchase price of a home to a maximum of $120,000.
Interest is deferred and forgiven if the physician remains employed
with TPMG and in eligible status during the entire ten-year loan
term. Restrictions may apply and is offered at the discretion of
the Physician-in-Chief at the Medical Center in which the physician
is being hired
Relocation
The Permanente Medical Group Moving Allowance Program is designed
to assist new physicians and TPMG Pool or Contract physicians recently reclassified as an Associate physician with moving expenses incurred during relocation.
The program covers 100% of all eligible expenses up to a maximum
of $10,000. All moves must be approved by the hiring Physician-in-Chief
