Diversity in Our Workplace
Excellence in Health Care
The Southern California Permanente Medical Group is an integral part of Kaiser Permanente. We have a stability of more than 50 years and are proud of the milestones that brought us to this point.

We started with an emphasis on prevention and primary care, and as our program grew, we added sub-specialists in virtually every area of medical and surgical practice. Today, our medical group has more than 3,700 physicians who deliver medical care to 3.1 million Kaiser Foundation Health Plan members in Southern California. We have 11 accredited Kaiser Foundation Hospitals in Southern California, and more than 80 medical office buildings. Our physicians can coordinate virtually every aspect of patient care - from referrals to laboratory tests to medications. With everything under one umbrella, our patients receive the Kaiser Permanente continuity of care.
